This position is responsible for ensuring the address efficient and effective control of the Hotel’s Stewarding storerooms where he/she is assigned, ensuring conformity to standards set by the Chief Steward, Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all stewarding storerooms, Implements record and procedures in issuing and returning
Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating equipment for the operation.
Provides functional assistance to operation during peak periods and functions.
Monitors and report al equipment brakages and abuse
Good knowledge of all F&B and Kitchen Equipment
Good organization skills
2 years experience in stewarding
1 year Storekeeper experience
