Director of Commercial Management
The role of the DCM is similar to a Director of Sales and Marketing – it is to be responsible over the Sales and Marketing of the property which includes the supervision of Sales, Event Sales, Events Management, Reservations, Revenue management and Marketing Communications.
With our National Sales Office (NSO) in Makati operating in parallel with the hotels’ FIT sales team, the DCM will have a direct hand in wholesale FIT and group business. The DCM will be responsible in ensuring that the NSO is pushed to produce the needed group base for his/her property. The role is not only selling and marketing but also oversees the operational functions of sales – i.e. distribution, channels of reservations, search engine optimization, revenue management which is not only rate based but operations based – allocation of specific room categories for specific periods with the right pricing, managing inventory, etc.
Minimum 5 years related experience with progressive management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration / Hospitality Management or related field.
