Assistant Outlet Manager

The Assistant Outlet Manager shall be responsible in assisting the Outlet Manager in developing a work environment where each F&B Supervisor manages by financial objective focused on an aggressive Sales Culture, Customer Service, Expense Management, Financial Success and Leadership.

Job Description: 

Responsible in assisting the Outlet Manager in creating and developing a work environment where the Outlet team manages by financial objective focused on an aggressive Sales Culture, Customer Service, Expense Management, Financial Success and Leadership. Helps develop an effective Training program on How to handle Guest Complaints. Analyzes feedback mechanism which will be incorporated in the Standard Sequence of Service. Cascades the attitude of being very responsive in the results of Guest Feedbacks and ensures that relevant changes are implemented to encourage repeat business.

Develops action plans to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Labor Cost, Utilities, Losses and Breakages, Linen and Laundry Expense, Stationeries and other Office Supplies, Guest Supplies and Stewarding Supplies. Trains service staff in proper handling of operating equipment to avoid losses and breakages.

Checks and ensures that all reports related to financial record keeping are adhered to. Supports in the achievement of GOR/GOP of all the revenue generating outlets.

Assists Outlet Manager in leading the team by encouraging them to be cost conscious, revenue-driven, innovative, creative and receptive to changes in the F&B Operations as dictated by the industry and the management.

Qualifications: 

Minimum 2 years related experience
Diploma/Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
With Computer and Financial knowledge
Motivator, people oriented and with human relations capabilities
